My goal is to get your hair to the healthiest state possible. I will not perform any service that will jeopardize the integrity of the hair. I want to get your hair in the best state it can be. My goal is to create a relationship with your hair, to get you on a regimen that is beneficial to the health of your hair.
Any service I provided you have 72 hours to report any issues or problems you are having with your hair from your service, any time after that is no longer my responsibility and I will not be reliable for any problem you may have.
Please arrive to your appointment alone! No kids, no extra guest, no exceptions! Failure to do so will result in cancelled appointment deposit nonrefundable.

Deposits
Deposits are required upon booking to hold your spot
Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE unless for some reason I am having to cancel your appointment due to personal reasons.
Deposits are nontransferable, if you have to reschedule your appointment for any reason a new deposit will be required to book.
Any service over $100 a $50 deposit is required, any service less than $100 a $25 deposit is required.
Your appointments are not transferrable, if you are trying to give your service to someone else that person is required to pay a deposit

Consultations
All clients are required a consultation
If client is receiving a natural style such as silk press, rod set, treatment a 15 minute consultation will be performed prior to first appointment
If client is receiving a chemical service such as a relaxer or color a live consultation will have to be performed or another service will have to be booked in order for me to see the integrity of the hair. Failure to book a consultation will result in cancellation of appointment deposit is nonrefundable.
Please book the proper appointment, I base all my appointments according to time. It is not fair to my next client to be put behind due to your appointment running over. Failure to book the proper service could result in cancelled appointment your deposit will be nonrefundable
